Founder and Principal Attorney
William Douglas Bloodworth II is a seasoned Texas trial attorney with more than three decades of courtroom experience. Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, he is among fewer than 1,200 attorneys in Texas who have earned this distinction.
From complex family law disputes to probate, civil litigation, business litigation, criminal defense, and sexual harassment cases, Mr. Bloodworth brings preparation, discipline, and a fearless courtroom presence to every case he handles.
Attorney Bloodworth’s dedication to family law is deeply personal.

Years later, through faith, perseverance, and a renewed focus on their child’s best interests, reconciliation became possible. The family reunited, moved to Virginia, and Attorney Bloodworth completed law school.

Today, he practices family law with a level of empathy and understanding that only lived experience can provide.
After graduating from Regent University School of Law, Attorney Bloodworth returned to Texas and began practicing law in Livingston before relocating to Huntsville in 1993. For more than three decades, he has represented clients across Texas in high-stakes legal matters.
Although he handles a wide range of litigation, his professional focus and passion remain rooted in family law — particularly divorce, custody, and complex family disputes.
